About The Team
The Audit, Risk and Compliance Management Office reports directly to the Vice Chancellor and forms an important part of the University's governance framework and is accountable for the following key functions:
- Internal Audit and Advisory.
- Risk Management.
- Business Continuity and Critical Incident Management.
- Compliance Management.
- Professional Integrity and Fraud Control.
Your New Role
You will provide administrative and operational support to the Director and the Audit, Risk and Compliance Management Office. This will include handling matters of a confidential and sensitive nature with professionalism and discretion. A key function of the role will be the ongoing maintenance and updating of critical databases related to audit, enterprise risk, compliance, conflict of interest, and gifts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the director with various tasks.
- Regular follow ups with stakeholders on information requests.
- Act as a first point of contact for queries and requests related to conflict of interest and gift declarations.
- Undertake system administration and support for critical databases including maintenance, data input and generation of reports.
- Coordination with the internal audit service providers.
- Records and files management, maintenance of the Office intranet site.
- Undertake general administrative tasks.

This Continuous | Part Time (30 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $87,000 - $94,000 (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
