As a Support Coordinator, you will be working with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal, mainstream and funded supports.
You will develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships, resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal, mainstream and funded supports
* Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships, resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role within the NDIS
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders and team members
* Personal resilience working in a changing environment
