Customer Service Ambassador
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career while delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a safe, secure, and healthy living environment for our student residents.
* Assist with enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.
* Monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as needed.
* Coordinate and execute administrative duties, including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.
Key Requirements:
* A background in reception or hospitality is essential.
* Possession of unrestricted work rights in Australia is mandatory.
* A National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months) is required, at your own cost.
* A Working with Children's Check (ACT) is also required.
