You will work closely with senior internal stakeholders and external legal advisers on a range of commercial, contract, and dispute‐related matters.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research on relevant legislation, regulations, and case law.Support Senior Legal Counsel on litigation and arbitration matters, including coordination with external lawyers.Assist with the preparation of legal submissions, reports, and presentations.Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and witnesses on legal matters.Contribute to legal activity reporting and practice management registers.Assist with reviewing and developing internal policies and procedures.Identify and escalation of legal risks where required.About YouStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non‐legal stakeholders.Proactive, detail‐oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.Current Australian Practising Certificate or relevant Foreign Lawyer Registration.Approximately 1‐4 years post‐qualification experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure‐related legal work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
