Cleaning Services Manager
In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our cleaning services meet the highest standards. You will lead a team of Housekeepers to deliver excellent service to our guests and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Main Duties:
1. To oversee the daily operation of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
2. To develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
3. To manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
4. To conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and legislative requirements.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 6 months' experience in housekeeping in commercial/hotel accommodation.
* Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
