The role
You'll be responsible for managing the construction of up to 10 custom homes concurrently across the southern Sunshine Coast, Bribie Island, and Caboolture regions. This is a true end-to-end site supervision role, focused on quality delivery, programming, safety, and communication.
You'll report directly to the Construction Manager and be supported by long-standing subcontractors, trusted suppliers, and well-established internal processes. We use Onsite Companion software.
What we're looking for -
* Trade qualified, ideally a Carpenter
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor on custom homes
* QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (minimum requirement)
* Strong knowledge of residential construction standards and sequencing
* Organised, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple builds
* A supervisor who leads by example and takes ownership of outcomes
