Auskron is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the companies accounting and reporting obligations.
Duties:
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Processing Payroll in a fortnightly basis including, PAYG, superannuation, Payroll tax leave provisions, reconciling and reporting
* Maintaining accurate data in the accounting systems (MYOB)
* Month end reconciliations including bank, credit cards and purchases with all supporting information
* Lodgement of BAS
* Managing regos
* Managing insurances
* Assisting with the Fixed Asset Register
* Preparing ad-hoc reports to assist management decision-making and operational efficiency.
* Other duties as required.
Qualifications
* Must have a minimum three years' experience in a similar role
* Must have intermediate to advance MYOB skills
* Must have accurate data entry skills
* Must be able to multi task
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent business experience in an accounting environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and adhere to strict deadlines
* Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities to ensure efficient communication.
