About the Role
We're seeking a Sales Executive to manage a foodservice territory across Western Melbourne. You'll focus on developing new business, increasing product distribution, and strengthening relationships with end-users and distributors.
This is a field-based role for someone who's confident engaging cafes, restaurants, hospitality venues, and distributors — backed by a trusted, nationally recognised brand.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a foodservice customer base within the territory
* Identify new business opportunities and present product ranging solutions
* Build strong relationships with distributor field teams
* Execute sampling sessions, trade events, and promotional activities
* Implement and manage a structured call cycle
* Share market insights and competitor feedback with the broader team
Requirements
* Proven Sales experience with in a food manufacturing or foodservice/ distributor environment.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to manage call cycles and work autonomously
* Knowledge of key distributors (e.g. PFD, NAFDA, Countrywide) is highly regarded
