The Opportunity
As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will work closely with the Boutique Manager to drive business performance, elevate the client experience, and lead the team to achieve excellence across all areas of the boutique. This role is ideal for a strong retail leader who is ready to take the next step in their luxury career.
About You
* Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience within luxury retail
* Strong understanding of the Brisbane luxury retail market and clientele
* Proven business acumen with the ability to drive sales and KPIs
* Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience in coaching and developing teams
* Passionate, driven, and highly motivated to succeed within a luxury environment
* Strong alignment with luxury brand values and a genuine interest in the industry
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Boutique Manager in driving overall business performance
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
* Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience
* Oversee daily operations and ensure boutique standards are maintained
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective CRM strategies
