As the Porter / Valet at Mondrian Gold Coast you'll be the ultimate connector ensuring our guests and residents experience the very best of luxury living. From personalised recommendations to seamless service you'll be the go-to expert for creating unforgettable moments. Whether it's securing exclusive reservations, coordinating bespoke experiences or simply adding a touch of magic to every interaction you'll bring passion, precision and personality to the role.
Responsibilities
Daily concierge desk operations including inventory controls and adherence to service protocols.
Uphold the Mondrian luxury service standards.
Provide warm welcome to guests and visitors, assist with valet parking, luggage storage, delivery and retrieval.
Provide guest and owner requests and enhance service offerings.
Address and resolve guest and owner inquiries or issues promptly ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high service quality.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar guest service / concierge role in a luxury environment.
* Opera Cloud Experience is desirable.
* Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
* Valid Australian Driver's License.
* Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Full Australian Working Rights.
