Change Manager - Contract We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale organisational transformation within a Federal Government department. This role will contribute to a high-profile business transformation program focused on evolving the operating model, uplifting technology capabilities, and strengthening security and compliance frameworks to enable more efficient and secure ways of working. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end change management activities across a business transformation initiative Conduct change impact assessments and develop tailored change strategies Engage and influence senior stakeholders across diverse business units Design and deliver communications, training, and engagement plans Support the rollout of new technology and security-related initiatives Monitor adoption, track benefits realisation, and embed sustainable change Key Requirements: Proven experience delivering change in complex, enterprise-level environments Experience supporting technology and/or cyber security uplift programs Experience working within Federal Government or highly regulated environments Strong background in operating model or business transformation Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work across both strategic and hands-on delivery Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR)
