We are currently recruiting for a Processing Operator to join our Plant Processing team at our Woodie Manganese Operation, situated 407kms south-east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara.
Our Processing department is currently performing a 14:14 roster. The suitable applicant will enjoy working with experienced supervisors and being part of a positive, safety-focused culture.
Perform all work activities with the highest regard to industry safety standards;
Operate, monitor, and maintain processing plant equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of machinery.
Accurately record and report production data and operational issues.
Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with loading and material handling as required.
Requirements to be successful in this role:
Previous experience working in gold, nickel, manganese, or base metal processing plants;
Genuine focus on safety and commitment to following company policy;
Physically fit with the ability to work in extreme conditions outdoors for the majority of the day;
Willingness to learn, improve, and add knowledge to the team;
CAT 988 or WA600 Loader experience highly recommended
Current C Class drivers licence is essential;
