About Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
The Business Intelligence & Data Analytics team supports the Women's by delivering trusted data, reporting, and analytics that underpin clinical, operational, and strategic decision‐making. The team manages performance reporting, data assurance, activity and clinical costing, and works closely with clinical, management, executive and research teams to improve data quality, transparency, and data literacy across the organisation.
Business Intelligence & Data Analytics also leads the delivery of the Women's REDCap service, enabling secure collection and management of clinical, research, and operational data in partnership with Royal Melbourne Hospital.
