Labourer Role Overview
This is a hands-on position that requires working outdoors and performing general civil and labouring duties.
* Assist plant operators and tradespeople
* Operate hand and power tools
* Participate in trenching, pipe laying, and site clean-up tasks
* Engage in manual handling and general labouring activities
Key responsibilities include spotting for machinery, assisting operators, and following site safety procedures. A successful candidate will need:
* Previous experience in civil or construction labouring
* A valid White Card
* A current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Ability to work well in a team and follow direction
* Physical fitness and comfort with manual work
