Deliverables
* Edit 3–5 short-form videos (or 1 week's worth of content) for social media platforms, focusing on reels and shorts.
* Apply cinematic techniques, dynamic pacing, and strong storytelling to elevate talking-head footage.
* Incorporate narrative hooks, subtitles, and creative visual elements to enhance viewer engagement.
* Utilize AI tools and platforms (such as Runway, Higgsfield, or Artlist) to add innovative effects and polish.
* Collaborate on creative direction and contribute ideas for content structure and visual storytelling.
* Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and self-development themes.
Requirements
* Proven experience editing short-form social media content, especially reels or shorts for Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
* Strong storytelling skills and ability to craft emotionally engaging narratives from raw footage.
* Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
