The Position, but not limited to
* Processing listings and sales contracts
* Assisting the sales team with administration, marketing, and supporting management
* Maintaining database, marketing, preparing vendor reports and adding information into the DB
* Scheduling appointments, preparing appraisal sheets, sending follow‐ups
* Organising inspections, sending gifts to vendors, organisation of settlements, etc.
Skills & Experience
* Previous real estate sales administration experience is essential
* Well presented, and an eye for detail
* Passionate about the real estate industry
* Positive attitude
* Confidence and exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
* Ability to multi‐task and prioritise workload
