The role:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts and accessories department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organizing parts and accessories.
* Utilize computer systems and software to accurately track and manage inventory, pricing, and customer information.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding parts and accessories, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
* Lead and motivate a team of parts and accessories staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
* Implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote parts and accessories sales, including in-store displays, promotions, and online campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, and brands, as well as an understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Effective leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
* Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and customer relations.
