The Role You’ll be the first point of contact for a national building industry supplier, providing critical reception, administrative, and sales support. This role works closely with Operations and Sales Managers across Australia, assisting them with administrative and sales support, while also supporting the broader Head Office team. Key responsibilities include: Answering approximately 250 incoming calls per day using a Cisco phone system Acting as the first point of contact for customers, stores, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Providing administrative and sales support to Operations and Sales Managers nationally Checking and processing sales orders and invoices (up to 120 per day) Arranging couriers and managing deliveries Emailing remittance advice Mail distribution and filing Ordering stationery and office supplies General administration support Cleaning and maintaining the office coffee machine ☕ About You This is a busy Head Office role, so attention to detail and the ability to multitask is essential. You’ll ideally bring: Experience in reception, administration, or sales support Confidence handling high‑volume calls A calm, friendly, and professional phone manner Strong organisational and time‑management skills Confidence using multiple software systems A proactive and reliable approach Ability to work on‑site (own car required) 4 days of training and handover provided to support a smooth start.
