About the role and team

We have an opportunity for anexperienced Legal Assistant to join our growing Insurance teambased in our Perth office, on a 6-month full time fixed termcontract.

The role providesadministrative support to the Insurance team and is a fantasticopportunity to be part of a friendly team in a positive andrewarding environment.

You will be responsiblefor:

* assisting with thepreparation and filing of court documents
* drafting, saving andsending of correspondence and documentation asrequired
* preparing monthlybilling;
* managing client filemaintenance for the team;
* coordinating all incomingand outgoing correspondence; and
* other ad-hocadministration duties as needed.

About you

You will ideally have thefollowing skills and experience:

* minimum 2 -3 yearsadministrative experience in a professional servicesenvironment;
* highly organised withstrong attention to detail;
* experience withbilling
* excellent communicationskills;
* a strong ability toprioritise and meet deadlines;
* experience with iManagepreferred; and
* experience with Aderantpreferred but not required.
