We are seeking a dedicated Retail Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers.
* Previous experience in customer service and/or cash handling is highly desirable.
* The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for their shift.
* A high level of physical fitness and stamina is required for this role.
