Role
We are seeking permanent part-time Personal Carers to join our Southern Cross Care QLD family, based at our Residential Aged Care Home in Caloundra. Working under the direction of the Enrolled & Registered Nurses, you will be providing person-centred, high-quality care to our residents. You will demonstrate compassion, sensitivity and maturity to provide personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting and other support services depending on the individual residents' needs. Be part of a care team where compassion and empathy accompany the delivery of exceptional clinical and personal care to our residents every day.

What will you bring to the role?
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Medication Assist Competency (desirable)
- Understanding of Aged Care and Residents rights and responsibilities
- Dedicated to caring for older people to live their best lives
- Team-oriented with a friendly, approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
- Flexibility with availability of days and shift times
