The Team Leader – Originations is a leadership role focused on driving the performance of offshore operations in the mortgage origination space. You will oversee and optimize the end-to-end mortgage origination processes, ensuring that business objectives are met, SLAs and KPIs are exceeded, and team performance remains top-notch. With your expertise in mortgage/asset finance originations, you'll guide, develop, and motivate a team, ensuring smooth processes, customer satisfaction, and continuous operational improvements.

What You'll Be Doing
* Team Leadership & Development:Lead and motivate the Manila-based team to consistently meet performance targets, SLAs, and KPIs. Focus on coaching, development, and fostering a high-performance culture.
* Process Optimization:Collaborate with business leads to ensure efficient and effective delivery of offshored processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
* Operational Excellence:Monitor daily operations, resolve escalations, and maintain quality standards while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and lender policies.
* Strategic Partnerships:Build strong relationships with business leads, providing insights and feedback to drive process improvements and meet business goals.
* Continuous Improvement:Drive initiatives that improve productivity, service quality, and team engagement, contributing to overall business success.
About You
* Leadership Experience:Proven leadership experience (3+ years) managing teams in mortgage or asset finance originations, collections, or broker support in AU/UK/US markets.
* Industry Expertise:Solid understanding of the end-to-end mortgage origination process, including credit policy, lending workflows, and broker management.
* Operational Focus:Ability to manage workflows, optimize processes, and ensure service levels are met in a fast-paced environment.
* Stakeholder Collaboration:Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging business leads, brokers, and internal teams to drive outcomes.
* Analytical & Solution-Oriented:Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
