is looking to employ Registered Nurses with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established nursing team on our orthopaedic and neurosurgical nursing team.
This role is permanent Part time for night shift

The Moreland Ward at John Fawkner Private Hospital specialises in Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery & Plastic Surgery and is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established nursing team.
Supported by the latest technology and an exciting $55 million upgrade, we offer state of the art surgical, medical, cancer, coronary and intensive care. We are renowned for complex surgery, with our Critical Care Complex being the only one of its type in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, providing intensive and high-dependency care post-surgery.

Responsibilities
Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
Provide complex and multi-disciplinary care
Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs
Act as a role model for Safe Practice
Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery
Essential Criteria
Current Registration with AHPRA
Minimum 2 years' experience in an acute hospital setting, ideally in a surgical ward
Orthopaedic and neurosurgical nursing highly regarded
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Commitment to Quality Patient Care
Works independently and within a team
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Exceptional computer skills
