Key Responsibilities
* Provide data analysis support for asset managers, including financial analysis, property management operations analysis, and acquisition/disposition analysis.
* Prepare correspondence to tenants, owners, investors, partners, and lenders as needed.
* Manage asset management files, contracts, and records with utmost precision.
* Review and analyze operator-provided annual budgets, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and revenue assumptions.
* Conduct market and submarket research, benchmarking across the portfolio.
