The exciting opportunity:
* Full time role based in our State Office in Lane Cove
* Provide comprehensive support to the NSW Operations Manager
* Ensure compliance with all relevant registrations, certifications and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate and monitor maintenance schedules and activities
* Assist with the management of service provider agreements including maintaining documentation, onboarding and providing support on processes
* Be involved in improvement projects such as manual and register updates

About you:
* Successful track record in an Administration role, ideally supporting an Operations team
* Strong computer skills, process driven, a quick learner and superb attention to detail
* Organised, proactive, flexible, enjoys problem solving, strong communication skills and able to build productive relationships
* Unlimited working rights in Australia
* Willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination
