As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced National Projects & Implementation Manager to lead business‑critical initiatives, drive operational excellence, and support major transformation programs across the organisation. In this high‑impact role, you will partner closely with the COO and senior leaders to deliver strategic projects, streamline processes, and lead automation and digital transformation across Rentco’s national operations and workshop network.
The Opportunity
The National Projects & Implementation Manager is responsible for delivering strategic, operational, and integration projects that support Rentco’s long‑term objectives. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration, optimise workflows, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and business scalability.

What You Will Be Doing
* Lead the delivery of strategic and operational projects across multiple areas.
* Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting.
* Support the COO with acquisition‑related planning and post‑acquisition integration activities.
* Identify, design, and deliver process improvement initiatives across all areas.
* Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative load.
* Implement automation and digital tools to drive accuracy and scalability.
* Partner with department leaders to re-engineer processes that improve productivity and service.
* Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
* Communicate project goals, milestones and updates to ensure transparency.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers.
* Provide training, guidance, and support to embed change sustainably.
* Ensure all projects comply with governance, risk, and safety standards.
About You
You are proactive, analytical, and confident managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders and moving parts. You enjoy improving systems and processes, and you’re able to translate complexity into clear, actionable outcomes.
You will bring:
* Strong background in project management, process improvement, or business transformation.
* Experience working across operational environments, ideally transport, logistics, or fleet management.
* Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience implementing digital or automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
* High attention to detail and strong analytical capability.
* High proficiency in operational systems, and Microsoft Office.
* Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification (desirable).
