A small boutique agency that is predominately sales-focused has purchased a small residential portfolio and is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to step up and manage this portfolio end to end.
Lots of growth plans and opportunities to grow a team under this position in due course. Be instrumental in setting up the PM Department as you would love to see it organised. Database and systems already in place you will have the ability to refine them.

ABOUT THE ROLE
* Manage 80 properties, as the portfolio grows more will be added
* End-to-end property management role
* Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to the owners and tenants
* Dedicated trust accountant
* Opportunity to grow the rent role if this is something you enjoy. However, the priority is on ensuring owners and tenants are happy
SKILL & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 3 years experience as a property manager - Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
* Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
* Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
* Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
* Computer proficient, Property Tree experience or REST essential
* Ability to work autonomously
