Our factory maintenance team is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to support our production process. This key member will work collaboratively with our manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for factory improvements, downtime reduction, and process enhancements.

This role involves:
* Supporting OFS/OEE meetings to review downtime and improve processes
* Reviewing and updating area TPM boards & conducting audits
* Analysing daily downtime events and updating logs with countermeasures
* Weekly/Monthly analysis and reporting of downtime events (number of events, total time, lost units)
* Conducting continuous improvement programs for significant downtime events
* Coordinating and analysing preventative and predictive maintenance activities
* Planning and scheduling equipment improvement activities
* Training/coaching maintenance personnel in reliability practices
To be successful, you'll need:
* A Master's/Bachelor's degree in engineering or mechanical/mechatronic engineering
* At least 5 years' experience working within manufacturing or a similar sector with robotics
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* The ability to handle intricate processes
* Understanding and compliance of WHS, environmental, and quality regulations
* Ability to be proactive and work efficiently under minimal supervision
