Job Description
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in supporting business performance, partnering closely with operations, and helping drive more insightful, forward-looking decision‐making across the business.
You'll work closely with operational stakeholders to understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help influence key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Operations and cross‐functional teams to deliver meaningful financial insights
* Own reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting processes
* Analyse business performance, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities
* Act as the key link between onshore finance and offshore shared services
* Identify and resolve issues coming through the shared services environment
* Support the transition of control activities offshore
* Contribute to building a more proactive, commercially focused finance function
About You
* CA/CPA qualified with a strong foundation in financial accounting and controls
* Experience across FP&A, reporting and commercial finance
* Ability to identify issues and challenge outputs from shared services teams
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ideally partnering with Operations
* Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‐paced environment
