Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, this role will ensure that the needs of their clients are heard throughout the entire sales process.**

**About the Role**
As the Sales Consultant, you will represent the client in a key customer facing role. You will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, in order to build meaningful and productive customer relationships. To succeed in this role, you will be motivated, goal oriented and strive to produce quality work.
Responsibilities of this permanent, full-time role will include:
- Completing and executing company supplied sales-related enquiries in a timely manner.
- Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients and building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Participating in the implementation and execution of strategic business plans and sales strategies.
- Active contribution to realistic sales forecasts and interpreting basic financial sales-related reports.
- Maintaining sales records and progress of sales in the CRM database.
- Achieving satisfactory margins on sales quotations through price negotiations; obtaining design details, variations, specification for construction and material quotes and using focus on detail while representing customer's needs throughout the overall sales process.
- Meeting KPI's and maintaining up to date knowledge of SEPP (ARH) codes and legislation.
- Quote generation, presenting and ability to conduct site inspections.
- Promoting a friendly, supportive and professional team environment.

**About You**
- Previous experience as a Sales Consultant - preferably project sales, project home or construction sales with a proven understanding of the project sales process.
- Previous experience in the construction industry OR a new home builder is highly desirable.
- Qualification in Business, Marketing or related field is desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and contribute to the basic financial sales-related reports and forecasts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as autonomously.
- Self-managed personality with a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask, follow up on changes and additional requests, while keeping the customer engaged.
- Advanced MS Office skills with an experience using CRM systems.
