* Oversight of Gwydir Namoi and Orana ESAs with offices in multiple locations
* Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
* Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of high-quality, person-centred services
The successful applicant will have:
* Experience in leadership and management, ideally within the employment services sector
* Passion for people with disability succeeding in employment and education
* Success driven with the ability to achieve performance targets
