About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Admin / Payroll Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an administrative environment and has experience handling payroll processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Processing payroll accurately and on time
Maintaining employee records and timesheets
Handling general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
Assisting with compliance and payroll-related queries
Liaising with internal teams and external providers as needed
What We're Looking For :
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in payroll and administration
