We have an exciting opportunity available for a Dental Receptionist to join our team in Canberra.
About the Job
The role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting the practice manager and clinical team, and ensuring the smooth running of the practice.
* Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
* Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, update patient records
* Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the day-to-day operations
* Making patients aware of dental services and offers
* Handling payments
* Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
* Providing high-end patient care; building and maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly and warm manner
Requirements
* Available to work full time Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm
* Previous Medical or Dental Reception experience required
* You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast-paced and dynamic role
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about customer service and patient care
* Organised with attention to detail
* Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
