**Position Information**:
Appin Public School is a mid-size regional school located south of Campbelltown along the road to Wollongong. It has 23 teaching staff and 340 students with 9% of students having Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background and 9% having a language background other than English. Our school is a focal point of the community and caters for students in Kindergarten to Year Six. Dedicated teaching staff are skilled in meeting the diverse needs of our students and a genuine partnership between staff, students and Appin families ensures our school maintains a high standard of academic success in a positive and nurturing environment. Technology is an integral tool in teaching and learning programs to support student learning and engagement in classrooms. Appin Public School underpins this with a strong focus on student wellbeing and social success. **Selection Criteria**:
- Approval to teach primary library or currently enrolled in Teacher Librarian qualifications approved by the NSW Department of Education with proven experience to effectively manage a primary school library.
- Demonstrated ability to engage all students through cutting-edge teaching and learning experiences, promoting critical and creative thinking, and a love of literature.
- Demonstrated inclusive practices to meet all students' needs and support a positive whole-school culture.
