* Lead the preparation of accurate competitive cost estimates for major projects
* Analyse and challenge subcontractor pricing to ensure value transparency
* Collaborate with design engineering delivery teams to identify cost efficiencies
* Provide detailed risk analysis maintain strong focus on accuracy compliance

1. Selecting experienced proven background estimating large-scale commercial residential health-care projects valued at $100M+
2. Demonstrating exceptional analytical skills interrogating challenging subcontractor proposals improving overall project outcomes leveraging best practices innovation
