The Role:
Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of 190+ properties
Up to $100,000+ inc. plus Commission
Hands-on support with
leasing & admin assistance
Saturday's required 1 in ***** with time in lieu
WFH flexibility
with modern systems & training
Career progression with a company in growth phase
About You:
Minimum
2+ year experience
as a Senior Property Manager
Current Agents Representative Certificate
Current VIC Driver's License & reliable vehicle
Familiar with systems such as PropertyMe, Property Tree, IRE, Inspection Express
Strong communication, interpersonal & time management skills
Solid knowledge of property legislation
Professional, reliable & well-presented
