About The Client

About The Role
We are seeking a Client Services Team Leader to manage all client enquiries from first contact through to quotation close-out. This role oversees the client services team, ensuring smooth enquiry handling, inspection scheduling, quotation preparation, and proactive follow-up. You will be the key link in building client trust, maintaining communication, and driving conversion of opportunities before handing over to the Projects team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all incoming client enquiries via phone and email
* Qualify opportunities and schedule inspections
* Issue invoices, prepare and follow up on quotations
* Ensure timely, professional client communication throughout the process
* Track and report on enquiry, inspection, and quotation outcomes
* Lead, support, and train the Client Services team to deliver consistently high service standards
* Contribute to process improvements for client services
Skills And Experience Required
* Proven experience in a client services, team leader, or similar supervisory role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience supporting or supervising a small team
* Previous experience in blue-collar/industrial industries highly desirable
* Valid drivers licence
