We have a great working environment, and looking for a talented team member to join our practice based in Leederville. The successful candidate will join our 25 person team and work closely with the 4 principals.

Qualifications & experience
CA or CPA Qualified, or working towards professional qualifications.
University graduate (Accounting)
Minimum of 10 continuous years public practice experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the role will be client facing.
Trustworthy, diligent and hard working team player.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in a client facing role and the ability to mentor other accountants
Detail orientated with a proactive approach to problem solving and client service.
Remuneration based on experience and qualifications
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage and work independently on compliance services and tax advisory of a portfolio of clients across various industries
Work closely with the Principals to provide expert advice on complex tax matters.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients position and minimize tax
Review and oversee the preparation of tax returns, financial statements and related documents
Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and regulation
Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, self managed superfunds and individuals.
Bookkeeping assistance to clients - Xero/MYOB etc.
Work alongside other professionals to deliver outstanding results for our clients while having fun
