Join us as a Commercial Cleaner in Elizabeth, working on client police station offices and areas. This site may require pathological cleans as well as general cleaning.
Classification: Level 1
Rate: $32.31 per hour casual rate, plus other allowances as applicable
Shifts: Casual, mostly morning hours available.
Location: Elizabeth and surrounds
About The Role
As a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for:
* Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, urinals, dispensers, sinks, mirrors
* Removing waste, rubbish, and recycling
* Vacuuming and washing floors, paying particular attention to corners and edges
* Dusting areas within your cleaning scope
* Replacing and replenishing publicly provided supplies, eg. toilet paper, liquid hand soap, bin liners
* Spot cleaning walls and other areas as required and removing cobwebs or other unsightly items
* Monitoring cleaning stock levels and communicating with the Manager as needed
Requirements
* The right to work in Australia, and willingness to obtain current national police check and other clearances
* A valid driver's licence and a reliable personal vehicle to travel to the place of work
* Previous commercial cleaning knowledge and experience would be advantageous
* Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage tasks effectively
* High level of customer service skills with a friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and passion for cleanliness
* Acceptable level of physical and mental fitness
