Job Summary:
The primary function of this role is to provide high-quality technical assistance to customers.
This will involve participating in a 24/7 on-call roster, ensuring timely resolution of issues and faults, contributing to digital health incident management, and maintaining the optimal functioning of digital hardware.
* Necessary experience includes extensive work in customer support roles with a focus on end-user computing solutions in complex environments.
* A proven track record of providing end-user support, troubleshooting basic software and hardware-related problems including PCs, peripherals, printers, videoconferencing equipment, and mobile devices.
