Ideally you will have:
* A minimum of 4+ years of experience with a reputable public practice firm in Australia, with a solid working knowledge of the taxation standards
* CPA/CA Qualified (or working towards)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Innate leadership skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring others
* Genuine interest in your Public Practice career progression
* Strong technical skills with demonstrated ERP and related software experience
