As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a key role in providing a seamless and positive experience, from check-in through to vehicle collection.Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiriesPrepare repair orders and communicate work required to guestsLiaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle statusMaintain clear and timely communication with guests throughout the processUpsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standardSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressureHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailCurrent driver's licenceMonday to Friday role with a rotating Saturday rosterOngoing training and developmentWork with a well-respected dealership and supportive leadership teamTeam member discounts across automotive products and servicesStable, full-time employment with opportunities for progressionIreland Mitsubishi is a high-performing dealership committed to delivering exceptional service.
