About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience managing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing payroll using Xero
* Preparing and issuing invoices
* Monitoring and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
* Coordinating bookings and job scheduling
* Managing staff rosters and scheduling
* Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
* Providing general administrative and office support
About You:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Working knowledge of Xero, including payroll and invoicing
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team
