About the role
Our Kwinana operations team is looking for a sharp-eyed and dependable Bulk LPG Delivery Driver.
You will be responsible for the delivery of road tankers to commercial and industrial customers across WA.
Specifically, you will:
* Reporting any hazards, safety concerns, near misses and accidents and incidents.
* Loading and delivery of LPG, LNG or other gas products.
* Responsible for ensuring that vehicles are always kept in a roadworthy and clean condition, with daily walkaround checks, pre-start checks and reporting any defects or symptoms of defects - vehicles driven will range from rigid through to semi and road train combinations.
* Complete all relevant paperwork and activity (consignment notes, etc) and electronic/digital tablet requirements.
* Prioritizing safety at every level, with a high level of safety exerted in road and traffic safety and patience.
* Being able to keep track of time and be efficient as possible.
* Provide good service to your customers when delivering product.
You possess:
* Valid HClicence.
* Understand dangerous goods safety practices and standards.
* Sense of independence and problem solve when on your own.
* A commitment to preventing and managing your own fatigue.
* A willingness to complete regional deliveries that may require night/s away.
* Some mechanical knowledge that can be extremely helpful when on the road – how to take care of minor maintenance issues.
* Capacity to work variable hours and weekends.
