Delivery Excellence Lead
A rare opportunity to step into a high-impact, greenfield role and build an organisation-wide delivery model from the ground up. As Delivery Excellence Lead, you'll partner with senior leadership, strategy teams, and business units across technology, operations, product, legal, risk & compliance, and sales & marketing to bring clarity, prioritisation, and discipline to how initiatives are delivered.
You'll be joining a business with strong strategy and ambitious priorities, at a time where there is a real opportunity to strengthen and mature how delivery happens. The foundations are in place, but there is scope to embed consistency, discipline, and scalability across initiatives, making this a role where you can create immediate impact and lasting value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and own the organisation-wide delivery framework, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered and ongoing improvements are driven in close collaboration with senior leadership.
* Partner cross-functionally with technology, operations, product, risk, and commercial teams to align priorities and drive end-to-end delivery.
* Manage prioritisation forums and governance structures, ensuring clear decisions, accountability, and value realisation.
* Oversee the successful scoping, resourcing, and execution of programs and projects across the business.
* Maintain a central view of initiatives, delivery risks, interdependencies, and resource capacity.
* Lead escalation and resolution of risks and blockers, enabling course correction when needed.
* Build capability in delivery practices, working closely with your team members and scaling as required.
* Embed a collaborative, pragmatic, and outcomes-driven culture that improves how the business plans, prioritises, and executes.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* 7+ years' experience in program/project delivery, with a track record leading cross-functional initiatives across strategy, technology, operations, and commercial teams.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives while building trust at all levels of the business.
* Experience managing delivery portfolios, aligning strategic priorities with operational execution, and making trade-offs for maximum business impact.
* Deep understanding of delivery governance, risk management, dependencies, and resource/capacity planning.
* Practical, pragmatic approach to program management, confident in agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods, but not rigidly tied to one framework.
* Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness, able to balance business value with constraints.
* Background in financial services (essential) specifically asset finance, fleet management, or novated leasing (highly desirable)
* Hands-on experience working across both large, complex organisations and smaller, more agile environments, comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed, while also navigating enterprise-level governance and stakeholder forums.
* Project/program management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and exposure to change and continuous improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Prosci/ADKAR) highly regarded.
About the Role:
You'll be part of a collaborative team where your ideas are valued and your growth supported. This is a role where you can make a meaningful impact and build your career in a leading financial services and mobility organisation.
