**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of Product and partnering closely with the Head of Marketing this is an integral role in the ongoing success of this organisation and their expansion globally.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies to drive business objectives and meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop effective go-to-market plans, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop marketing activities for distributors and retailers.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and sales and broader marketing teams to develop innovative and high-quality products that resonate with the client's target audience.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including new product development, existing product enhancements, and product discontinuation.
- Drive product pricing and positioning strategies based on market dynamics and competitive analysis.
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, analyze data, and iterate on product strategies to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management ideally within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Passion for consumer goods and a drive to deliver exceptional products that exceed customer expectations.
