About the role:
AAs an Electrical Site Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Project Manager to lead site teams and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Coordinating and forecasting site labour and daily activities
* Mentoring A-Grade electricians and apprentices
* Maintaining quality, safety, and compliance on site
* Problem-solving and keeping projects running smoothly
* Communicating with builders, consultants, and clients to build strong, long-term relationships
Projects are primarily commercial fit-outs, including office spaces and small to medium industrial works, so proven experience in this environment is essential.
You'll be backed by strong internal systems, a leadership team that values your input, and a solid on-site crew that takes pride in delivering quality work.
What you need:
* Qualified Electrician with a minimum of 4 years' commercial experience
* Demonstrated experience leading teams on site
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience working with structured programs, look-ahead planning, and daily/weekly work planning to improve site efficiency and delivery
* Strong problem-solving skills
* EWP, LVR/CPR, and a current driver's licence (recommended)
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and construction software
