Your Role:
As the Site Manager, you'll be at the forefront of dynamic, high-profile developments, ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards, while working closely with the Directors to make a real impact on the future of the company. Daily duties include the following;
Lead and manage multi-storey sites from inception to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Solve complex problems and overcome challenges that arise during construction.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Provide regular project updates to senior management.
Other Details:
The position is a full-time permanent role. The remuneration package is approximately $180K and aligned with skills and experience.
About You:
Experience in local Commercial Construction, ideally managing multi-storey projects and developments
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from start to finish
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations
Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and managing expectations
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
