* Monitor and respond to payroll inquiries via a shared mailbox and ticketing system
* Train new team members and ensure adherence to established processes
* Provide guidance on taxation, leave types, and complex backpay scenarios
Required qualifications include 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in the public health or allied health sector, with proven leadership experience and a strong working knowledge of payroll systems.
