Join our Treasury Financial Control team within our Financial Management, People and Engagement Group. Our team supports the Treasury Business in their funding and liquidity activities and works closely with Business Unit Financial Control, Tax, Group Regulatory and Financial Reporting.
What role will you play?
In this role you will support core financial control activities related to net investment hedging and FX risk management. You will focus on managing daily foreign exchange exposures and net investment hedging, ensuring processes run smoothly from daily activity through to month end. You will also maintain and improve hedge accounting processes and systems to support consistent and accurate reporting, and support reviewing intergroup capital and other transactions for appropriate FX hedging outcomes.
What You Offer
* Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification
* Experience applying accounting standards to complex financial activities
* Experience in a financial control or reporting environment
* Experience working in a large and complex organisation, ideally within financial services
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
